A rather personal piece, this painting is the processing of an experience the Artist was having. Due to TLE; Mental Health has always been something to work hard at, and sometimes it feels like going around in circles, or going backwards, or being stuck and trapped, unable to breathe or see a clear way out. However, it is not a circle, but a spiral. Eventually we attain a higher understanding of the world and ourselves, and become some-one who can move forward with wisdom and contentment that whatever comes, one will be able to get through it.
